This is the free-to-play version of Juno: New Origins, a 3D aerospace sandbox game. It includes most of the content from the Complete Edition, but some additional content can be purchased as 3 individual bundles within the app. If you prefer to make a one-time purchase, you can find the complete edition on the App Store.
In Juno: New Origins, players can use customizable parts to build and test rockets, planes, cars, and more in a realistic physics environment. The game offers a vast system to explore, including land, sea, air, and space.
The game features a Career Mode where players can take control of their own aerospace company and earn money and tech points as they progress. Completing contracts and exploring landmarks will earn players money and tech points, which can be used to unlock new technology in the tech tree. Interactive tutorials are also available to help players learn how to build and operate their crafts.
One of the unique features of Juno: New Origins is the ability to resize and reshape parts. Players can stretch and shape fuel tanks, wings, cargo bays, and more to create their desired craft. They can also upload their own creations and rise through the ranks from a white level builder to a gold level builder. The game also features a realistic orbit simulation, allowing players to time-warp and easily plan future burns to reach other planets or satellites. Players can also upgrade their experience with bundles that cater to their playing style. The Engineer Bundle allows players to tweak the parameters of their crafts, automate them with a visual programming language, and create subassemblies. The Sandbox Bundle gives players access to in-flight cheats and the ability to explore custom systems made by other players. The Career Bundle introduces new customers, contracts, and the ability to unlock the full tech tree and visit all the landmarks in the Juno System.
