Battery level checks are also available through the app, ensuring that users can monitor the remaining power of their light sticks and replace batteries if necessary before the event.
Before attending the concert, users should verify their seat details on their ticket and input this information into the app. To activate the light stick performance during the event, they need to set their device to Concert Mode by pressing the button for three seconds after pairing it with their seat info. The app requires proper pairing for wireless functionality, and users should be seated in their registered seats to enjoy synchronized light performances.
