Xooloo Messenger Kids is a free application that allows children to make audio and video calls with their friends. They can have group calls with up to six friends in video and up to twelve friends in audio. In addition to calls, kids can also text their friends using their personalized Xavatar in the Xooloo Messenger Kids app. This app also offers fun animations such as sending kisses, confetti, or custard pies to their friends' Xavatars.
One of the great features of Xooloo Messenger Kids is that it does not require a SIM card or phone number. This makes it accessible to children who may not have their own phone or phone number yet. Kids can create their own Xavatar and change it whenever they want to match their real-life style. They can also see what their friends look like through their Xavatars.
Another useful feature of Xooloo Messenger Kids is the birthday alert. Kids will receive an alert when it's their friend's birthday and can even send them a surprise for their own birthday. To ensure a safe environment, the app only allows invitations from people who know the child's mobile phone number, email address, or Xooloo Friend code.
Xooloo Messenger Kids is completely free with no subscription or in-app purchases. However, for children under 13, parental consent is required. Parents will have access to their child's contacts but will not be able to read their messages or chats. They can also invite their child to join the app, but the child has the option to decline.
Parents can also suggest contacts to their child, but the child has the freedom to accept or decline the suggestion. It's important to note that Xooloo does not trade any personal information or use it for commercial purposes.
