The game offers a wide range of building experiences, from creating purely aesthetic objects like market stalls and music boxes to constructing functional, physics-based mechanisms such as cranes and gyrocopters. Each LEGO diorama features multiple construction points, allowing players to experiment with the intuitive, brick-by-brick construction process. In addition to completing story-driven puzzles and quests, players can customize the amusement park rides, adding a personal touch to their creations and enhancing the gameplay experience.
The central storyline revolves around your grandfather, a talented inventor, whose amusement park faces closure due to the city mayor’s threats. Using a mysterious alien technology-based device and your robot helper, you aim to restore the park’s glory. To power this device, you need happiness crystals, which can be collected by making people happy and resolving their issues across different world locations. The portal mechanic allows you to travel between these biomes, helping communities and gathering the necessary resources to save the amusement park from closure.

Players can unlock and explore five unique LEGO biomes and the amusement park hub, discovering secrets and unlockables along the way.
