With the pickup option, users can order directly from their phone and skip the line when their cookies are fresh and ready. They also have the option to select curbside delivery, where the cookies will be brought directly to their car. For those who prefer to stay at home, the delivery option allows users to order warm, fresh cookies without leaving their couch. This is perfect for a night in or when craving something sweet without having to leave the house.
The catering feature allows users to easily order cookies for events such as weddings, office parties, graduations, or casual get-togethers. Users can select their pickup time, flavors, and quantity, and the cookies will be ready when they arrive. It is important to note that cookie flavors may vary by location.
Users can also use the app to send a friend a box of cookies or a gift card. If the recipient has the Crumbl app, the gift can be sent directly through the app. Additionally, users can receive notifications for occasional promotions and stay updated on weekly cookie drops. They can also manage their account details, such as preferred payment methods and delivery addresses, and earn Loyalty Crumbs for free cookies by building their account.
The app is available for use Monday through Thursday from 8am to 10pm, Friday and Saturday from 8am to midnight, and Sunday from 10am to 10pm. This allows users to satisfy their cookie cravings at almost any time of day.
