Attention MTS clients, if you experience connection errors or problems during a call, disable IPv6: enter *111*1428# in your phone and select 2>Disable. Disabling/enabling the service is free.
Mango Talker for communicating with clients: receive calls, make calls and send SMS from your work number, enable call recording.
Mango Talker for corporate communication: use the employee address book, chats, free calls, audio and video conferences.
- Work calls
Receive calls to your work number for free (no more paying for call forwarding to your mobile), call, send faxes and SMS to clients from your work number. You can change outgoing numbers, enable call recording, transfer a conversation to a colleague. Incoming calls - 0 rubles. Calls within the network, even long-distance – 0 rubles. Save on communication!
- Unified address book of clients
Cloud synchronization with address books of CRM, Google, etc. allows you to always understand which client is calling you. Add new contacts to the address book - and your colleagues will see them right away.
- Unified address book of colleagues
All contacts of colleagues are already in the business messenger (pulled from the Personal Account of the MANGO OFFICE Virtual PBX). Find any employee, check their availability status and contact them instantly.
