This app is designed for employees and managers of companies that use ADP products such as Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account, and select products outside the US. However, not all features may be available to all users. If you have any questions, you can refer to the FAQs in the Settings menu within the app.
The app offers various features for employees, including the ability to view pay and W2 statements, request time off, track time and attendance, view pay card accounts, and access benefit plan information. Employees can also use the app to easily contact their colleagues.
For managers, the app allows for the approval of time cards and time off requests, as well as the ability to view team calendars and executive dashboards.
The app prioritizes security by routing all requests and transactions through ADP's secure servers and encrypting all network traffic between the mobile device and server. Employee information stored on the device is also encrypted and login sessions will time out after a period of inactivity. In addition, the app offers biometric authentication for a fast and secure login process, and allows for the recovery or reset of forgotten user IDs and passwords.
The app is currently only available for Android devices with a minimum operating system of 6.0 or higher.
Investment options are also available through the app for retirement products, but these options are provided by different entities and are not affiliated with ADP. Advisory services may be provided by Financial Engines™ Professional Management, but this service is not endorsed or recommended by any ADP entity.
