One of the main features of the app is the Recents List, which keeps track of all past and upcoming meetings. This allows users to easily access and join meetings from the main page of the application.
In order to use the app, users must first register for a new account. This can be done by selecting the "My Meeting" option from the bottom menu and filling out the required fields. This allows users to add more conferencing lines and have them all in one convenient location.
The app also offers the ability to send invitations to conference participants via text or email. This can be done by selecting the "Invite" menu item from the "My Meeting" page. This makes it easy to distribute call in credentials and ensure that all participants have the necessary information to join the call.
Another useful feature of the app is the Auto Conference Dial-In. This allows users to quickly and easily join or host a conference call by selecting their desired conferencing line from the list of meetings and tapping the "Host Meeting Now" icon.
Users also have the option to edit the account description for each conferencing line. This allows them to assign titles or names to the lines for easy identification. Additionally, there is a delete account option for lines that are no longer in use or for basic clean up. It's important to note that this only removes the account from the application window and does not deactivate the account itself.
The Free Conference Call HD app is free to use and can be used with any FreeConferenceCallHD account. It can store as many conferencing lines as needed, making it a convenient and versatile tool for managing conference calls.
